Setting Up Your ProOne Gravity Filter

1. Scrub each filter under cold running water without allowing water to go inside the blue stem.
2. Cycle 3 batches of water through the filters and dump the water.
3. Start drinking your water on the fourth cycle for the best taste.

Preparing for Travel

1. Allow your filter elements to dry out.
2. Wrap them in a cloth and store them in a safe place.
3. If storing the filters inside the gravity system, ensure they have ample padding to prevent breakage.

Maintenance

1. We recommend cleaning your systems and filters at least once a month.
2. If not using your filters or system for more than 4–7 days, drain the water and air-dry the filters.
3. Wrap the filters in a terry cloth towel and store them in a cool, dry place, avoiding plastic bags or enclosed containers.

Filter Usage

1. Each ProOne G2.0 filter has a general lifespan of up to 6 months with daily use.
2. Using more filters at a time will increase their lifespan and flow rate.
3. Using 3 filters at a time will provide the fastest flow rate.

Replacement Water Filters

1. Our replacement filters help remove chemicals and contaminants, delivering clean, great-tasting water.
2. They are NSF/ANSI-42 component certified and leave behind beneficial minerals like calcium.
3. Our filters don't require priming, making them easy to use and clean.
